Neuro-transformational coaching* is not just about self-growth; it’s about rewiring your neural pathways to align with your aspirations. By understanding the science behind thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors, you gain the tools to rewire your brain for a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life. We start by understanding the science around effectiveness and move to exploring areas of the brain such as: the left and right hemisphere, the default mode and task positive networks, and the amygdala.
*This style of coaching is complementary to therapy courses such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I celebrate my clients’ unique way of thinking and processing while also acknowledging that they may need to navigate neurotypical spaces. My clients often seek coaching to better synergize with the people around them without the need to mask. We do this by focusing on one growth area and creating low-pressure, highly-repeatable exercises tailored to the client’s needs.
We will work together to create action plans surrounding organization, communication, and emotional regulation to make your neurodivergence a natural part of your life instead of something you feel like you’re constantly struggling against. My clients leave sessions empowered knowing that they have tools to traverse obstacles and maximize change.
We will first work to understand the role trauma has played in your life and how it shows up in different facets. We will then focus on your strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth rather than what you are lacking in each of those areas. The goal is empowerment over pathology.
I practice brain-spotting which connects my client’s brain to their body. When clients have an awareness of how their brain and body reacts to trauma, we can begin the healing process, moving the client forward.
Clients uncover the effects that their upbringing and culture may have had on their well-being. Using techniques grounded in emotional resilience, action-oriented communication, and distress tolerance, my clients can more easily handle relationships and family dynamics that have traditionally caused them stress and unhappiness.

“Duy is an absolute breath of fresh air. He has a talent for showing honesty coupled with kindness at every front. I worked with him for 3 months after spending a year seeing a therapist and after receiving my ADHD diagnosis. Duy’s coaching helped me integrate all the realizations I had during therapy into actionable changes. He coached me to reduce the intense feeling of responsibility I felt to my family and my career. Writing this review six months after coaching, my daily stress is significantly decreased. I still remember the 7 Levels of Effectiveness that we use during sessions and I use the tools from coaching on a near daily basis. “

“I first came to Duy seeking help with my career search which had stagnated after 4 months. During the initial chemistry session, he dove right into ideating and within those 30mins we had come up with three new things to try. I cannot begin to tell you how valuable that half hour was for reinvigorating my job search. Not only did he give me actionable coaching, he also helped me shift the way I was thinking and feeling about my job applications and interviews.”

“After being on ADHD medications for 4 months, I had found a specific blend that worked for me but I still struggled with organization and distractibility. Duy is clearly experienced working with neurodiverse individuals because at no point did I feel pressured or forced to adopt a course of action. The way Duy structured his accountability exercises between sessions made me feel like I was creating them with him and had the ability to change them if they weren’t working.”

“This man is a superstar yall!! One of my friends introduced me to Duy when I was struggling with one of my relationships. He helped me see how small I was viewing myself and how much abundance of love I had kept inside me and was not showing the world. Whoo let me tell yall the amount of tears that were shed. After those sessions, I feel like I’ve been able to give more tenderness in my relationships, not just with my significant other, but also with family and friends.”
